Bay Gardens Inn

The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and the pool and bar area are a nice place to unwind. Breakfast was fresh each morning, tasty, and had plenty of hot and cold choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed like a bother. If you're staying around Rodney Bay, the hotel is near the shops, with a taxi stand right outside that makes getting around the island easy. There’s also a shuttle to the sister resort for a day at the beach.

The rooms felt a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. What really made the stay was how welcoming everyone was. Sisi, Terry, Quincy, Sanjay, and Yohan were all great, and you’ll be in good hands if you run into them. Jerry, “the original,” picked us up from the airport and took us around, and he was great too. My sister and I felt well looked after because of these people.

This was my second visit to Bay Gardens, and my first time staying at the Hotel. Ronald, Curlese, Kandy, and Amelia were so warm, and the staff were lovely as always. We had no issues, and the food was great. The location was perfect.

We stayed in a large one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a balcony. There are three pools on site. The central Rodney Bay location is handy, with a Massey Supermarket, shops, and restaurants nearby. Reduit Beach is about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a free minibus every hour to the beach at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, where you can use the pool and the complimentary beach loungers. Breakfast service was slow. We had to queue for a table and wait for hot drinks. Sometimes there was no crockery or food available.
