Being high up on the mountain makes this little boutique-style hotel feel calm and peaceful. The views are lovely, and there’s a small pool. Gianni was very helpful when I checked in, and the cabins have kitchens for making your own meals. There’s no restaurant on site, so you’ll need a car or a taxi to go out for dinner. Tree-top is the nearest restaurant, about a 10-minute walk away.

The little infinity pool was a welcome way to cool off after hiking or sightseeing. We loved sitting on the long balcony, with Piton views from sunrise to sunset that never got old. The rooms are simple but have nice touches, including painted bedroom murals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This small boutique hotel sits up the hill from Soufriere, with amazing views of the Pitons. I’d pay a bit more for a room facing them.

We spent 10 days exploring St Lucia and loved waking up here each morning. We came to elope and were treated so warmly by the staff. The rooms and balconies have plenty of space, and the whole feel is peaceful, relaxing, and close to nature. It’s a hidden gem in Soufriere if you want privacy away from crowds. Having a rental car is best.

The place was wonderfully quiet and relaxing, and guests seemed to respect that peaceful atmosphere. We loved our stay and would come back. The view is perfect, the staff are friendly, and breakfast tastes great. Having a car would help. If you rely on taxis, the fares up here are expensive, although the hotel is great at calling one. Reception is only open from 8 am to 5 pm, so getting out later without a car could be difficult. Our shower ran cold for a few days. It’s solar-powered, and the weather had been a mix of sun, clouds, and rain. That was a small inconvenience outside anyone’s control, and maybe we were just unlucky with the weather.
