The restaurant terrace had a gorgeous view, and the location itself was beautiful. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and housekeeping to the waiters, was upbeat, kind, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were okay, though a bit cramped and not very comfortable. It costs quite a bit, but this is Liechtenstein, where everything is expensive, so I can't really complain about that. A nice place to stop if you're passing through.

The food was the best we've had in Liechtenstein, and the hospitality topped even that. There was a mix-up that resulted in two rooms being booked by mistake, but they understood and sorted it out. The room itself was excellent.

The terrace was lovely for both dinner and breakfast, and the hotel is nicely decorated. Service was friendly, especially at breakfast. But the heat made the night difficult: with no air conditioning, we had to leave all the windows open. Some very loud wine-loving guests stayed almost until midnight, then someone was talking loudly on the phone around 6.30, before breakfast, and woke us again. The fridge also kept switching on and off noisily. Probably a much better place to stay when the weather is more moderate.

We slept well, and even checking in at the last minute was easy. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the terrace and breakfast. The hotel is a little out of the way, though, with not much to do within walking distance in Liechtenstein.

The restaurant was phenomenal, really good food. The woman in charge of breakfast was very kind, and the hotel staff were friendly too.
