Hotel Turna

Breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit, pancakes, bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, and hot food. The restaurant was cosy, and the location right beside the saeris chairlift made it quick to get onto the mountain trails. Staff were lovely and flexible when I needed them to be, which I really appreciated. I arrived in the evening and relaxed in the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars, surrounded by mountains. Robes were provided in the room. I think I had a family room, with a large bedroom and bathroom; there were some interesting animal skulls on the wall. The bed may be the most comfortable one I've slept in at a hotel. This stay exceeded my expectations.

I stayed for three days in September. The breakfast had good variety and quality, with especially good bread, pastries, coffee, and cakes. The service was thoughtful and flexible, the room had plenty of storage and was non-smoking, and the bed was comfy. There were toys in the swimming pool, plus indoor and outdoor play areas. The room was very clean, maybe too clean, as there was a strong chemical smell in the shower room. Next time I'll ask for less salt on the food and reserve a parking spot in high season, so I can avoid the public lot 400 metres away.

A cable car station right beside the hotel makes it easy to set off on hikes around Malbun. Parking is right outside, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms are comfortable, Wi-Fi is reliable, and I slept peacefully. It's a charming little hotel in an incredibly quiet spot, ideal for a summer break in the mountains. The staff are warm and helpful, breakfast has a great selection, and the views are stunning. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it's dog-friendly, which is a real plus if you're travelling with a pet.

We were just passing through and needed somewhere for the night. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and our room was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The drive up was scenic and easy, and this was the charming view from our room. We had a wonderful stay!
