Central by Residence Hotel

Bookaskip won't publish my review, so I'm posting it here. I had to cancel my whole trip at very short notice for personal reasons. I expected some penalty, but Residence Hotel refused a refund and charged just under £300 for one night. I thought we might reach a fair compromise, but after trying to negotiate, I was first told to claim through my travel insurance, then to contact my credit card company. The whole experience was very disappointing. The staff were abrupt and curt, and I felt there was no consideration for my circumstances or willingness to find any compromise. I travel extensively around Europe, and based on this brief experience, I absolutely wouldn't stay at Residence Hotel. I doubt they'll care or do anything about it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, so please keep it in mind.

Arranging a booking with them is consistently easy. The team is quick to respond, efficient, and helpful, taking care with all the details. Their customer service makes setting up a stay feel seamless.

The service and food both went beyond what I expected, with the kind of experience I'd call Michelin-level. Every detail felt exceptional. A top-tier restaurant and a must-visit if that's what you're after. Highly recommend it.

Jens made the hotel's guided tour a highlight. He was knowledgeable and entertaining, and showed us parts of Vaduz we would otherwise have missed. We also loved our stay at the hotel itself. The room was spotless and comfortable, with an amazing mountain view. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. One of our best hotel experiences, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Absolutely recommend this charming place.
