The location is spot on, right beside the surf point and with the main breaks easy to reach. My private budget double room was clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful service and great value for the money. I’d happily stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay for the price. It’s also fun to head out in the evening, dance, and enjoy the music. They book really well-chosen DJs.

There are great sunsets every day, and the simple rooms are comfortable. Lazies Midigama has a chilled out feel, right by the ocean, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome straight away. A great place to relax, surf, and meet people. I’d definitely stay again.

The vibe, crowd, and music are amazing, with top-notch artists playing groovy house sets. I hope it stays dedicated to foreigners. Don’t listen to locals in the comments who say they weren’t allowed in.

I went to this party with three foreign friends. Security let them all in but refused me, and clearly told me it was because I’m Sri Lankan and have brown skin. I said I had more than enough money to spend inside, but they still wouldn’t let me in. It was humiliating and felt like blatant discrimination. I’m considering legal action over this racist behavior, and I don’t think a place that treats locals this way deserves anyone’s money. Foreigners, please avoid places that welcome you while disrespecting Sri Lankans at the door if you care about fairness. IMPORTANT: Management may publicly deny discrimination and blame “house rules” or “capacity.” I strongly dispute that account. My three foreign friends got in while I was turned away, and the reason they gave me was my nationality and skin color. Their response doesn’t reflect what happened.
