The homestay was a good deal compared with other places in Ahangama, and we were happy with what we got for the money. It's about 3 km from Ahangama and around 400 metres from the Midigama bus stop. We had a great experience, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and cozy, with a big bed, a proper mosquito net, plus a fan and lights for daytime and evening use. The hosts were welcoming, and the beach is close by. Internet is available, though download capacity isn't high. That matters to me, but it wasn't a deal breaker since I could still watch YouTube and stream some movies. If you're staying longer than two days, you can buy water at the property for a reasonable price. Thanks for the stay, I enjoyed it.

Very affordable compared with other places, and good value for the money. The room was clean and the location was good. I'd recommend it to budget and solo travellers.

The family running the place were the best part, always welcoming and ready to help. When my scooter had a problem, the uncle called the rental shop straight away, and someone arrived to fix it three minutes later. I originally booked a week but ended up staying over three. It's affordable, perfectly located, and train noise wasn't an issue since it passes quickly and doesn't come by that often. I had an amazing experience, recommend it 100%, and will definitely be back!

The host and his wife told me on arrival that they hadn't received my Booking.com reservation, even though he'd answered a message about it the day before. They ask guests to cancel by claiming bookings never came through. His wife then pushed a more expensive room, which was the same one I'd booked on BOOKING.COM. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
