The views are amazing, and it’s a good place to relax. Getting there by car is a bit tricky, but manageable. Don’t use the pool on a rainy day, as it can get very cold. The meals are simple. I’d suggest bringing ingredients you like and asking the caretaker to cook them for you. We heard sambar sounds. There’s a great trek to the alpine forest reserve, though watch out for leeches. Overall, a good experience.

We stopped here for a short overnight stay on our way to nuwareliya. It was calm, clean, and comfortable, and the owner was very supportive. An excellent place to stay, highly recommended.
