The rooms are clean and cool, with good views, and the shower and toilet facilities are good too. There wasn't any refrigeration in the rooms, at least the last time I stayed. Each time I return the facilities seem to improve, and the crew are always happy to see me. The resort is in a great spot for some good surf breaks and curries down the road, roughly between Weligama and Unawatuna. Once, after a surf, staff helped cook some fresh squid I'd bought by the road. We all shared it, drank Coke, and watched cricket. They're very friendly and accommodating. I'll be back. I spent a lot of time on the balcony looking out at the beautiful ocean. The room has the basics, including a comfortable bed, a quiet but powerful ceiling fan, and a wet bathroom with water that was only slightly warm. It was a bit noisy from the main road, though the location is handy for walking to restaurants, surf breaks, and bus stops around Midigama.

If you want a quiet sunset, this is a really peaceful place. I'd choose a beach-facing room if you like falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Hope to visit again.

I stayed one night in the off season while they were still getting ready. The room was nice, with decent furniture and fittings, and the beach is just across the road.
