For a very reasonable price, you get a lovely place to stay. The service was full of care and really excellent. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable visit.

The friendly, helpful manager and staff made the stay especially enjoyable. It was a perfect spot to relax and have a good time.

I was there for just one night in an AC room. The room itself was okay, but the AC never worked properly. I ordered hot butter cuttlefish for Rs. 2090, a fair price if it had been made well, but they didn’t know how to prepare it. I left really disappointed. Staying there might be fine, just don’t order the food. 🤮🤢

We couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep, with so many mosquitoes in the room, and checkout between 7 and 8 was far too early. That came after a long, frustrating evening. We first booked through booking.com for 2850LKR, but the room we saw was dirty and had no sheets, towels, or bin, so we didn’t feel comfortable staying in it. We checked online, asked to switch, and booked another room for 5000LKR. The listing showed a lovely room, but they gave us a different one. When we asked for the pictured room, they wanted another 1500LKR, and what they told us didn’t match the booking.com details. They asked us to cancel the first reservation, which we did. We thought the second online booking was settled, but then the owner kept calling and insisting we cancel all the bookings without giving a proper explanation. We were worn out by then and cancelled everything. At 21:00 the front door was shut when we tried to go out to buy something at a shop. This is supposed to be a hostel, right? Later, around 22:00, my boyfriend was sitting on the terrace when a woman came and switched off the lights without saying a word.
