At QUENCH INN, the staff were the highlight. They were welcoming, polite, and ready to help from check-in through check-out. We had a fantastic stay, and the clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained. The free Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout. Our room featured a very comfortable... [sic] The hotel offers good value and works for short business trips or longer holidays. A reliable, budget-friendly place that doesn't compromise on comfort or service. We'd highly recommend it and stay again.

We paid an advance to book, but didn't get the rooms or a refund. Google Maps listed checkout at 10am, yet they refused to give us the rooms we'd booked until 4pm. We tried calling them, but they didn't answer.

We managed to get a room late at night without a reservation, and check-in and checkout were smooth. The AC worked well. Cleanliness was questionable, though: we found long hairs on the bedsheets, so I'm not sure the rooms are cleaned after each visitor. The bathroom door wouldn't lock properly, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. These are minor concerns.

The rooms smelled bad and were moldy. Avoid at all costs.
