During my cycling trip around Sri Lanka, I spent a couple of nights at Amuththa Resort and would gladly recommend it. It was great value and one of the best hotels I stayed in on the trip. The owners were lovely, and the quiet location was still close to everything. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I wish every hotel I stayed at were this nice!

We’ve just had our second stay at Amuththa Resort, and it was every bit as good as the first. Our first visit was in 2019, and they’ve kept the same high standards since then. The rooms remain spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s rare to find somewhere so consistent over the years. I’d highly recommend it for a reliable, quality stay.

We had a wonderful annual family vacation at Amuthths Resorts. The whole staff were hospitable, and Mrs. Sewwandi and Mr. Manoj deserve special thanks for their excellent service. If you want a premium hotel experience with personal attention at competitive prices, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The resort has a relaxed, quiet feel, and the big first-floor balcony was a lovely place to sit with a drink or unwind. We spent one night in the Family Room, which was in perfect condition, with a very clean bathroom and convenient parking. The AC worked well, and there was an iron, ironing board, kettle, and cups. Highly recommend!

A tasty roti breakfast, spacious rooms with high ceilings, balconies with views, and welcoming staff made this a lovely place to stay. It’s tucked into a quiet, green corner where we spotted mangooses and squirrels, yet the shops on the main street are only a short walk away. Definitely recommend.
