The fresh, locally sourced food was a real surprise, and the pool was a lovely place to relax. Staff were attentive and kind throughout, and I felt well looked after. They even arranged a beautiful birthday surprise that made the stay feel special. I had a lovely time here and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks! :)

The place is clean, pleasant, and very well maintained, and the main places of worship are only a short drive away. I've stayed at Aryana twice and enjoyed both visits. Manager Nilusha and the staff, including Lakmal and the others, were friendly and helpful, especially when preparing items for the poojavas on two days, one of them early in the morning.

Breakfast was incredible, with hoppers, roti, dahl, mushroom curry, juice, coffee, and fruit. It's about a ten-minute drive to the temple complex, and the staff were lovely and helpful, even upgrading our room and arranging a great day tour. A peaceful hotel with beautiful decor, and a really good place to stay.

We arrived late and missed dinner, but they provided sandwiches, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere. We also enjoyed talking with the manager, who was a hospitable host.

We stayed two nights at Aryana Boutique Hotel, a quiet, beautiful place in Anuradhapura with striking architecture, good food, and nice staff. It made a perfect base for the start of our Sri Lanka trip in April 2026. If quality matters more to you than quantity, this is a lovely hidden find.
