Milan arranged breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all our tours at very reasonable prices. He's dedicated and helpful in every way, and the place by the water is wonderful. We were so comfortable and at home that we felt sorry to move on. Thanks to Milan and his mother for taking such good care of us.

The location is lovely, right by the lake and very close to Anuradhapura historic city. Everything was very clean and all the facilities we needed were there, for an authentic Sri Lankan stay. The owner was always friendly and helpful, and his mum cooked the best food we had in Sri Lanka. I'd recommend eating breakfast and dinner here. We highly recommend this place.

Milan is a real professional. He arranged quality tours and transport for us at very reasonable prices, and the food was great. We spent two fantastic nights here in a comfortable room. The hotel sits by a lake, perfect for morning or evening walks, and the city centre is within walking distance. A real gem, highly recommend.

The garden was the standout for us, though the rooms were clean and very comfortable too. The owners, a wonderful mother and son team, were incredibly kind. We loved our stay.
