A good budget choice in Mihinthale, where this is the only option if you're looking to stay on a budget. The architecture is pleasing, the rooms are large, and the staff are helpful. It's great value for money, though the toilets need a revamp, the food is average, and the garden is very dry.

There's adequate parking and the ambience is nice, but the food is only average. Mihinthale doesn't have many places to eat, so I've ended up here for meals many times.

The room is spacious, the staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent, even though the menu is limited. Cleanliness is terrible, with dirt marks all over the bed clothes, and the taps are old and don't work.

There’s hardly any food ready to order these days, probably because so few people visit. If you ask, they might prepare something, but expect to wait around 45 minutes. This used to be a well-known restaurant, and now it’s almost in ruins. I wouldn’t come here to sort out my hunger right now.

The staff were great, and the location and food were good too. I stayed because of the people working there, but CHC is being neglected. The rooms and washrooms need renovating as soon as possible.
