Mihisara Resort

The staff really made this stay for me. They even kept the entrance open late and waited for us to get back. When we asked, they said, “You can come anytime; we’ll wait for you.” That sort of welcome made a big impression. I visit Anuradhapura often, but this was my first stay here. I’d skipped it before because I thought it was too far from the main worship places. It is a bit farther than some resorts, but getting around was convenient in our own vehicle. The drive in is lovely and scenic, and the hotel itself feels quiet and close to nature. Our welcome was lovely, and the staff stayed friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They weren’t spotless, but they were still very clean and well-kept, and the shower had good pressure. They’re building a pool, which should be a nice addition once it’s ready. I loved the calm atmosphere and would stay here again when I’m back in Anuradhapura. Thanks to the team for making it such a pleasant visit.
