The call center eventually offered another place at the same price and under the same conditions, but it was 3 km away and had no AC. I got a replacement booking email and SMS, after they'd already emailed and texted to confirm the original AC room for my mother and father. When my parents arrived for check-in today, reception said there were no rooms and asked who had made the booking. I had booked it yesterday by calling the center. The communication and customer care were awful. What are you people, nursery kids? If negative stars were possible, I'd choose that.
