I was really pleased with my choice after taking five lessons. Kiyars was kind and laid-back, always on time, and picked me or us up from wherever we were. He helped me choose waves that suited me and gave useful feedback, taking one thing at a time so I could improve. My partner needed more help, and she made a lot of progress too. She was very happy with his coaching. I compared several schools. Ocean Surf was the only one that started with a fair price and stuck to it. Other schools quoted higher rates, then eventually agreed to a price that could still be a little above Ocean Surf's. The softboards were okay and good enough quality that they didn't cause rashes.

My leash snapped and the nose of my board got wrecked on the rocks, so I brought it here for repairs. I was really happy with how it turned out. Irfan knows his work and has over 20 years of experience. He's also a cool guy, with a bright mind and a beautiful soul. I highly recommend his service, and it's worth having a chat with him too.

I started with a couple of lessons with Fairoos, and really enjoyed them. He was professional and fun, and helped me feel safe and comfortable in the water, which matters a lot to me. After that I rented a board for a couple of days and was just as happy with the service.

I rented surfboards from this shop every day during my week in Arugambay. The boards were excellent for both quality and price, and I had a nice trip. Mr. Iruham on the staff was a really nice guy who helped protect me from other dishonest men. If I get the chance to visit Argambay again, I'd rent from this shop.

My partner and I took private lessons day after day at Ocean Surf Arugambay and enjoyed every one. The instructor was pleasant and professional. We’re sure to come back, and I highly recommend it.
