I especially want to thank the manager, Ishara, for the warm attitude and care throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The hotel sits among greenery and nature, with peaceful sounds all around. The calm, authentic atmosphere felt like a real break from the busy world. My room was clean and comfortable, and its thoughtful design fit the natural surroundings. Waking to birds and falling asleep with the jungle around me was unforgettable. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for quiet, nature, and sincere hospitality. I'll remember this stay for a long time.

The chalets are set in beautiful spots, especially the ones looking out over the river. Falling asleep and waking up to birds and rushing water was a highlight, as was the peaceful jungle setting. Definitely recommended for a unique, offbeat stay. I'd come back, though words aren't really enough to describe it. At Clio Ella Resort, the adventure starts before arrival. You park at the highway restaurant, then take a fun 4x4 ride for around 5 km over rough terrain. After that, a private cable car carries you across the river to the property. The location feels like a hidden paradise, with lush jungle and a river nearby, perfect for disconnecting and being in nature. The proximity of the river is truly a highlight. It's a full experience, not just a hotel.

Our team had a great stay at Clio adventure hotel. The staff were accommodating, the rooms elegant, and the entertainment felt safe and secure. The amenities were great, and the organic food was really delicious. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

The setting by the Kirindi Oya is beautiful, and the natural surroundings are pleasant. But poor service from some staff made our visit disappointing. The food was below expectations, took a very long time to arrive, and the room toilets weren't properly cleaned. There didn't seem to be proper management. Sanka, who was acting as manager, came across as irresponsible and arrogant. He didn't attend to our requests and was unresponsive throughout the stay. Though we'd booked two nights at Clio Ella Jungle Resort, we cancelled the rest of the booking and left early because of the poor service and lack of professionalism from management and staff.
