The room had lots of space, everything was clean, and the bathroom was modern. The location was good too. The guest girl couldn’t have been nicer. Everything was awesome, and I’d recommend the hotel to all my friends.

Inavni Guest House made our Colombo stay wonderful. The rooms were extra clean, the hosts were super friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo. AAA+++

The villa is stunning, with comfortable rooms, and the hosts are caring and gracious. It’s also handy if you need a visa extension, since the Department of Immigration is nearby. Highly recommended.

We stayed with five friends on 02/04/2026, booking one triple room and one double. The triple was spacious, while the double was compact. The property is old but renovated, and the bathrooms feel old-fashioned. There are nice outdoor spaces, though we checked in around 7 PM and mostly stayed inside. We all hung out in the triple room, which had a small terrace with a garden table and a few chairs. Since this is a homestay, the owners live on the property. The AC mostly blew toward the beds, so the rest of the room didn’t cool down well, especially with all of us together. The owner has strict rules about cooked food in the rooms, and expects guests to eat downstairs in the dining area, though they did let us have pizza upstairs. It was an average stay.
