The food was delicious, and the beautiful setting made for a really relaxing stay at EKHO Surf Bentota. The whole team were friendly and helpful, always ready to make us comfortable. Thanks to the F & B manager and team for the meals, and especially to the General Manager for welcoming us so warmly and leading such a professional, attentive team. We had lovely hospitality from beginning to end. We look forward to returning and highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Bentota.

We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back next year. The beach area was amazing, the food very tasty, and we had a great time at the pool. The one thing that disappointed us a little was the restaurant staff service. The rest of the staff made the hotel feel like home, even though it was our first visit. The doormen greeted us warmly and opened the main door, while the pool staff were active and attentive. Our room attendant cleaned daily and promptly brought fresh towels and water bottles whenever we asked. At reception, they were always quick to stand and greet us with lovely smiles. A special thanks to Kanchana and Adithya for being kind, helpful, attentive, and for really listening to us. That meant a lot. We truly love this paradise and will recommend it to everyone.

The staff treated us like family and always checked that we were comfortable. They were exceptionally friendly, polite, and caring, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. Our rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything ran smoothly from check-in through check-out. A peaceful, pleasant stay, highly recommended.

From the first days, the care for guests was clear in the attentive staff, thoughtful organization, and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is wonderful, and its location felt perfect. We especially enjoyed the tasty, varied breakfasts and the consistently high standard of daily housekeeping. Our heartfelt thanks to Ramshan, Maleesha, Kanchana, Adithya, the head chef, the restaurant manager, and everyone who was with us on the day of our celebration. You made it magical, romantic, touching, and full of warm emotions. Thank you for all the care and attention to detail, and for memories we'll keep for a long time. We'd be happy to return.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view, and the beach was amazing. The food tasted good, though there wasn’t much choice. We did have a long wait while the staff sorted out a room after an issue with our Agoda app booking, but they were friendly, helpful, and made sure we got the room as confirmed. In the end, the wait was worth it.
