Really enjoyed our stay. The place has all the modern comforts, and the master of the house makes a lovely Sri Lankan omelette 😋 The pool was gorgeous too, and it's a nice family.

The only thing I wished for was a mosquito net over the bed. Otherwise, my partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Osanda from 26/02/24 to 04/03/24. The room was lovely and clean, and the air conditioning was great and definitely needed. We enjoyed the wonderful garden and saw lots of beautiful creatures there, including a monitor lizard. The beach is just a stone's throw away, with local shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Ari and his wife were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we muddled through and had lots of laughs along the way. We exchanged addresses, and I promised to keep in touch. I'd highly recommend Osanda if you're after an authentic guest house in Bentota. Loved it!!! 😘♥️♥️♥️

A lovely, peaceful garden setting at an affordable price, just opposite Bentota main beach. The daily trains passing by add a bit of charm. It's easy to get here if you get off at Bentota station.

It's a small, comfortable place near the Benthota railway station, with a nice lounge where you can sit and have tea. The staff give attentive, personal service and are always around to help. It has good Wi-Fi, and the location is convenient for exploring Benthota while still being peaceful and charming.
