Sareth, the caretaker, went out of his way to make us feel at home and see that we had what we needed. The house is spacious, with large rooms, a pool in the backyard, and a little jungle area where you might spot birds, iguanas, small critters, and, if you're lucky and look closely, small monkeys. Sethra Villa sits beside the beautiful Bentota Ganga, between Bentota and Aluthgama, and was a great escape from busy city life. We had a fantastic evening at the cooking class with Gamini and his wife, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend asking them about it.
