Mr. Dinuka was especially kind, courteous, and attentive, and always ready to help with any request. His service reflected the hotel’s high standards and helped everything run smoothly. I’m grateful to the whole Front Office Department at Earl’s Regent Beruwala for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. From my arrival, the team were warm, professional, and helpful. Their focus on guests made me feel welcome and valued throughout. I’d recommend Earl’s Regent Beruwala to anyone wanting a comfortable stay and genuine Sri Lankan hospitality.

The staff were a real highlight, always friendly, supportive, and ready to help. Their warm, professional service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were given a beautifully designed suite with everything we needed, and the hotel itself was elegant and well maintained. The food was delicious, with lots of choice and very good quality. We had a wonderful time here, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great meals, excellent service, and a beautiful setting.

The food was delicious, and the quality was superb. Service was just as good, with staff who were professional but still warm and familiar, making us feel welcome throughout the stay. The hotel is in a very convenient spot in Beruwala town and was easy to find and reach. A wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The meals were a highlight for us. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the restaurant had a lovely feel with attentive service. Our daughter was surprised with a beautiful birthday cake, which made her day and gave our family a lasting memory. The staff were friendly and professional, and Mr. Jude deserves special thanks for making the visit memorable. We had a wonderful stay at Earl’s Regent Beruwala and would gladly return. Many thanks to the whole team.
