This was a nightmare from beginning to end. We spent the day waiting around: food took more than 90 minutes, and even the booked adventure activities involved hours in line. It felt like our time meant nothing. The water equipment was rusty and falling apart, there were no lifeguards, and the life jackets were torn and didn’t fit properly. When we complained, staff got aggressive and used intimidating language, squaring up to us instead of apologizing. We felt physically unsafe in the lobby. They also made assurances over the phone that turned out to be false, then stopped caring once they had our money. Everything came with an extra charge, and they refused refunds for services they didn’t provide. This place is dishonest and a total scam.

The food was good, and some of the water sports were thrilling. It’s the only place I’ve seen fly boad. We had Sampath with us, a water sport professional, and the activities were reasonably priced. The sunbathing beds and chairs really need replacing.

The hotel itself is decent, but the water sports were intense and so much fun. If you try any of them, ask for sampath to be your guide.
