Pushpa was the highlight for us. She welcomed my wife and me so warmly and cared for us almost like we were her own children. Her breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka, especially the coconut pancake with fish curry. We stayed here on our first night in Kandy and were glad we chose it after seeing the strong reviews. The guest house is on the third floor of an apartment-style building, with a lift. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the town centre and not far from the lake. It has a homestay feel. We had a private room, while the kitchen, living area and lake-facing balcony were shared with the owners. Our own balcony had a partial view. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable, and I liked the fresh scent in the bathroom. I would’ve preferred stronger shower pressure and a bidet or toilet pipe, but those were small things. We’ll definitely return for a longer visit.

Puspa and Kapila looked after us from start to finish, always helpful, kind and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Markéta and Natálie

My wife and I found a real gem in Kandy. Pushpa, the caretaker, gave us amazing care and service. We also had the rare chance to meet the owner, a humble gentleman who clearly puts customers first. We’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend staying here.

The service was outstanding, and there’s a great choice at breakfast. The hosts are lovely, kind and considerate. I can’t praise this place enough.
