The staff really made the stay for us. Wijeweera was cheerful and friendly, greeting guests like old friends and always making time for a chat. He was ready to help whenever we needed anything. Dilrukshi handled everything efficiently, from finding the right room to getting us checked in without delays. She stayed calm and welcoming throughout, and her smile made a lovely first impression. Their good attitude made our visit better. Highly recommend!

I've stayed overnight at Best Western Elyon Colombo and visited its rooftop bar several times. Each visit has been a satisfying one. The rooftop food is tasty, comes in generous portions, and is reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great, and even a quick greeting from the Executive Chef was a thoughtful touch. Godfrey, the Food & Beverage Manager, deserves a special mention for his very friendly, outstanding customer service. Akila at VU Resto Rooftop Bar was warm and friendly too. Great service and consistently enjoyable visits. Highly recommended.

We always enjoy staying at Best Western Hotel. Wijeweera greets us every day with a smile, and he and Dilrukshi are consistently helpful. Thanks to both of you for making us feel welcome and for the little chats during our visits. Anyone coming here can expect a friendly greeting and conversation.

The service was kind and helpful, and the food was good. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with top-notch amenities, and the staff were friendly. The madam in the reassertion area was very helpful too. Thank you so much 🙏👍 I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooftop restaurant and bar were a highlight, with a lovely city skyline view and a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When I asked, they let me keep my room for four extra hours until my airport pickup, which I really appreciated. We booked two rooms at the Best Western Hotel in Colombo. Both were decently clean, including the washrooms, and the stay was comfortable. It was a positive visit with good service and a nice rooftop setting. I'd recommend it for business or leisure in Colombo.
