I had a great stay at Cinnamon grand. It's a convenient location and a great place to hang out, with good service from friendly, helpful staff. Dulanjalee at plates was really nice and always greeted us with a smile. Sanjeewa Upul, the doorman, has been there over the years and is the first person we see when we come to the hotel. He's always pleasant and friendly.

The buffet had a great range of delicious food, and it felt well worth the price. The calm, pleasant setting made for a relaxing evening, with lots of 'Instagram-worthy' spots around the venue. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. I also noticed a private corner in the restaurant for small birthday parties, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Cinnamon Grand has meant a lot to my family and me for a long time, and holding both our wedding events there made it even more special. From the first meeting through the wedding days, everything went smoothly. A big thank you to Ms. Raisah Rahaman from the banquet team. She was kind, easy to work with, and helped us make good decisions with thoughtful advice from her experience. Over the past couple of months she became an important part of our planning, someone we admired a lot. She gave us all the support she could to keep both functions running smoothly, and went beyond her role to greet us on each day. That made the celebrations even more special. Chef Sanjeewa took time to help us put together two separate menus suited to the functions. Cinnamon Grand catering has always been the best, but this time it felt especially meaningful to us. Mr. Dalana and Ms. Ishara from reservations were accommodating with our requests and offered several ways to make our stay pleasant. Mr. Prageeth Kule, the Manager on duty, and the supervisors on duty, Mr. Nalaka and Mr. Himesh, looked after everything we needed and helped our guests enjoy their time. The service made the biggest impression on us. Dumith checked in several times during our stay, with real warmth and attention to detail, and made sure everything was going well. That kind of proactive care is rare. We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The rooms were spotless, well kept, and very comfortable. Cleanliness, organisation, and the whole atmosphere all showed a high standard of hospitality. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo.

Chameesha welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, gave us a tour, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Her friendly hospitality really stayed with us. We had a wonderful lunch buffet experience at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. There was an impressive range of well prepared dishes, and everything we tried was flavourful. It was a satisfying, relaxing meal.
