Shan Hotel by OYO Rooms

The bathroom in my room smelled like a public toilet, and there wasn’t even toilet paper. The downstairs rooms were filthy, though the rooms upstairs were very clean. We’d booked four rooms, but at first they tried to give us just two. We eventually got all four. Bring your own toilet bowl and floor cleaner if you stay here, we ended up doing that ourselves 😂. The staff were disgusting. We told the OYO area manager about these problems when we left. Please clean the rooms before giving them to other guests.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a food shop on the ground floor. The hotel itself is nice, with new rooms and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. I’d recommend it for the price.

The washroom was like a public toilet in Pettah, and customer satisfaction here is zero. Worst rest house ever. Dear customers, don’t come here anymore. Thanks.
