The central location makes it easy to get around, and the room was in line with what we paid. Bathrooms, both private and shared, were modern and very clean. The staff were the best part for me: friendly, helpful and ready to assist. They even kept our bags for the whole day after checkout. I’d consider staying again 🤗

Getting around the city was easy from CityRest Fort, with major sights walkable and good food options close by. Check-in was quick and smooth, which we appreciated. We had a very pleasant stay for a Colombo city break, and it worked well as a hassle-free base. Highly recommended.

There was plenty of room for everyone, and the shared toilet was clean and comfortable to use for a shower. Our room felt cozy and was very nice. The location is ideal for walking around or taking a Tuktuk.

We spent two nights here and found the price very affordable. The room had the essentials, including a kettle, heater and towels, and was clean. Its spot in the centre of city fort is great, close to the bus station, railway station and promenade. We booked a queen bedroom with a private bathroom, though the room had no window. Highly recommended!

We found hairs in the bed that didn’t belong to us, which made the stay unpleasant. The shared bathroom was clean, but for what we paid the room felt expensive, and the common dining area wasn’t well kept. Breakfast had been included in our booking, since we wanted to leave easily for our next destination. At arrival we were told it wasn’t offered and that Agora had made an error. They gave us 800 Rs toward breakfast, but that wasn’t enough for two people.
