Nethma at reception was so welcoming and friendly, and even arranged a complimentary upgrade. The rest of the team were kind, helpful and professional too. Maradha Hotel was spotless, and my beautiful room had a wonderful sea view. A lovely stay, and I’d happily come back.

My bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, and the rooftop sky bar and pool were fab. Breakfast was fantastic, and the food and drinks were great value. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and caring from the moment I arrived. The global flight disruption left me caught up in a difficult situation, and they went above and beyond to look after me. Special thanks to Stefan, Menura, Nethma and Kavindu, along with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The housekeeping team were lovely, always smiling and delivering top-class service. Sri Lanka should be proud of them. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in Colombo again.

Mr.Samuel made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. His warm, professional service made our check-in truly exceptional, and I believe the front-line staff are a real asset to the company. The two-bedroom suite was stunning, with views of both the sea and the city. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was decent. I couldn’t get the washing machine working, and the kitchen could have used more cutlery, plates and cups, but they brought these when I asked. The outside didn’t make much of an impression at first, but the rooms proved me wrong. I stayed just one night and look forward to a longer visit, with a chance to use the rooftop pool next time. I highly recommend MaRadha.
