I booked Hotel Sapphire for seven days in Jan- Feb 2026, choosing a large bed, free buffet breakfast, and a smoking room. Instead I got two single beds, a selected/set breakfast rather than a buffet because they said there were fewer guests, and a non-smoking room despite my confirmed preference. The place is poorly maintained, and the pool closes after 7:00 PM even for hotel guests. The price is too high for such poor service, and management seems more interested in making money than keeping guests satisfied. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I'd advise tourists not to eat here either. The food prices are high, while the quality and service are very poor.

We checked in today and couldn't bear to stay even a second because the conditions were unhygienic. At first, when we asked for different rooms, they said everything was booked. Once we started leaving the rooms, they told us to stay and promised better ones.

The service was awful, and it wasn't even a busy day, so there was no excuse. We had to ask six times before cutlery and glasses arrived, and we never got plates. I came with my family because the ad showed a beef platter and said it was for two people. They didn't have the platter, and what they served was really just one person's portion and terrible. The steak was hard, the garlic bread stale. A terrible experience. Never again.

Mr.Chanak handled room service with a smile and brought all the things we needed. Great hospitality and service. The prime location makes it a bit expensive, but I had a good experience overall.

We wanted to use the pool, but the prices were very high and the maintenance was poor. The changing rooms were filthy. They charged us 2,000 rupees per hour, while other hotels charged the same amount for unlimited use. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The maintenance is really bad.
