This was my second visit, and they’re still maintaining an excellent standard. The staff’s personal care and attention, along with the ambience and maintenance, were excellent. The rooms are easy to book, the rate is affordable, and the food service is very good. During this visit they also guided and helped us get to Western Hospital for an OP consultation, which is close to the hotel. Special thanks to the Care Taker and his Team. Strongly recommended for a comfortable stay at an affordable rate.

I booked three days, but the place looked nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, with ants, other insects, and even a spider on the bed and curtains. The mattresses smelled awful. I couldn't stay more than three hours, and the bathroom and room were not clean either. I took pictures because I don't want anyone else to fall for this. They told me it looked good, but my experience was completely different. When I decided to leave, I waited over an hour for someone to take the key, then left it on the reception desk because nobody was there. I had already waited around two hours for them to take the key so I could cancel. They refused to refund the unused part of my booking. I contacted the travel agency I booked through, but even as I write this, I still haven't received the rest of my money, despite following up with them.
