A peaceful place in the middle of Colombo, with clean, well-kept rooms and friendly staff. We were comfortable from start to finish, and the price was excellent for what we got. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo.

The staff made my stay especially pleasant. They were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, and Jaffery looked after me so well that my visit was memorable. My best wishes to him. The property is clean and nicely located, with spacious, well-maintained rooms and a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep.

We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the whole place seemed well organized. The staff, including security, were very friendly and helpful. Service came from both local and overseas staff. We noticed plenty of overseas guests staying there too, which seemed to reflect the place’s good standard. We were in Colombo for office work and a function, and stayed at the Residence for one night, or two days. Our budget room was on the top, fifth floor, and had a very nice sea view. Both the room and bathroom were clean.

Great value for the price, with calm surroundings and good service. I got an upstairs room with a balcony and a nice view. The only problem was that the AC wasn’t working as it should. A mini fridge would’ve been nice too, though that might be asking a lot at this price. Mr. Arjun, the owner, is very friendly. Good place.

The sea-view room was amazing, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant, relaxing stay in a clean, peaceful setting. Highly recommended.
