We’ve just arrived for a three-day stay, and there’s already a problem with parking. The website said parking was available, but we had to leave our van on the street. There are security guards, but if the van gets damaged, who’s responsible?

At Sai Sea City Hotel, the management was disappointing and the customer service was awful. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t help. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

For one month I had a fantastic time here. Everything was super, from the view and service to the management. It was always super clean too, and so on.

The sea view was really nice, and the bed was decent. The security guard was super friendly too. But there were a couple of roaches, and I found ants or something like ants on the bed. The TV didn’t work at all. The place was okay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a comfortable, welcoming stay. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which made checking in unpleasant, and the rest of the service was terrible too. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests.
