Star Anise Boutique Capsule

The room was a double bed capsule and it was good. The place itself is beautiful, spotless, and the staff are polite and nice. The air conditioning runs all day and night. One small annoyance was the curtains making noise when people got out of their capsules without opening them properly. Staff also use those toilets. Breakfast was really disappointing. At 8:15, even though they serve it from 7 to 9, we couldn't get the menu item we'd ordered. They offered a sardine, mayonnaise, onion, and tomato sandwich instead, but the sardine flavor was bad and I couldn't eat it. I asked for toast and butter, which was tasteless too. Luckily I had cake in my backpack, so I could eat that.

The beds, pillows, and covers were very comfortable, and the room layout was great. Everything was clean, and breakfast was very good. It's in a convenient spot near the World Trade Centre and restaurants. The privacy blind kept the air conditioning from reaching the pods, though, so it got quite hot trying to lie down or sleep. For what you get, the price is high.

I was the only guest that day, so I had the whole premium room to myself. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were cheerful, kind, and friendly. I didn't try breakfast because of my allergy, but they made a real effort to offer me something else. Great place.

I booked another night so I could rest before my flight. This little hostel has everything I needed. It was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and there wasn't any noise. The showers had hot water and the bedroom had great AC. The receptionist was especially kind and helpful, she's a jewel. Simple and great. Well done, guys.
