The rooftop area was nice, and our rooms were clean and well maintained. Service was friendly and efficient during our stay at Silviriks Villa, Kirulapana last weekend. Good value for money, comfortable, and definitely recommended.

Getting into the city center is easy. It's about a five-minute walk to the main road for a bus downtown, and there's parking if you're driving. The room was comfortable, the AC was strong, and the hot water was reliable. Facilities were quite good overall. For this budget, the accommodation is already a great level for Colombo. If I come back to Colombo, I'd likely stay here again.

I was worried about finding a good place in Colombo for my parents' short visit, and this turned out to be a great choice. They stayed two nights, on 2nd and 3rd March. The rooms were really nice, especially the spacious, clean superior room. Staff were friendly and helpful, with quick service. I'd recommend this calm, quiet place for a short budget stay.❤️😍

The rooms are decent, and it’s handy for walking around the city. Staff and management were friendly and gave us that familiar Sri Lankan hospitality. The price felt very good for a safe, quality stay. Finding the place was tricky, though, since there are no street signs.
