The people were as nice as the place. Everyone was humble and helped me however they could. I especially liked the environment, and the rooms were really clean. I’ll come back.

I paid for better service than this. Whenever I needed help, the staff seemed uninterested and sometimes were rude. They made the atmosphere uncomfortable instead of welcoming, and came across as unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about good customer service.

There was noise at night, and the reception staff were rude. When our delivery boy gave the receptionist money, he didn’t give it back to us. We also asked to change rooms and were treated rudely. We’d already paid, so we had to stay out the rest of our days. This felt like a boys’ hostel, not a family hotel, and I wouldn’t consider it suitable for ladies. It was a very scary place to stay, with no customer service. Not recommended at all.

The room and bathroom were small, but clean, functional, and had the basics. There was a nice shared balcony, too. I found it safe and decent as a solo female traveller, and it was clean, comfortable, and good value. I enjoyed my short stay.
