The rooms are clean, and the staff, Ramiya and Kapil, are good.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is okay. They have a restaurant, or you can get food from outside. Vaani Villas and Al Maas Restaurant are nearby, just 50 m away, if you want to dine there. You do need to submit your NIC, which they return after taking photocopies.

I visit this hotel regularly. It’s centrally located, neat and clean, and well maintained, with all facilities available. The staff are excellent and the service is good. A great place to stay.

Good for a short stay, but the price feels high for the condition of the rooms. The fan was squeaky, and the outside lights were too bright at night with no curtains to block them. Staff were supportive and parking was available. The area is busy, with narrow traffic.

Frank helped make sure every part of the event ran smoothly, and the staff were friendly and kept everything organized on time. I recently attended an event at Brighten Hotel, and it was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Their attention to detail made it a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you, Brighten Hotel!
