Our daughter was quite ill when we arrived, and the staff did a lot to help her feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone at Clove Garden was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well kept. We ate dinner there on two of our four nights. The menu was somewhat limited, but the food they served was excellent, as was breakfast.

We stayed one night in a family room and had a very good experience. The garden is lovely, and the people were helpful and hospitable. Our room didn't have mosquito nets, but they helped us put them up when we brought our own. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. In my view, the current average rating of 3.7 doesn't match what the place is actually like. I can definitely recommend Clove Garden.

A lovely little oasis not far from downtown Kandy. The garden is beautiful, and the swimming pool feels secluded. Staff were friendly and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were good. Definitely recommend it.

We were about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from central Kandy. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice, and breakfast was great. Dinner, including the curry, was really good too. Our family room was spacious, beautiful, and clean, though it had no mosquito net. The garden, courtyard, and swimming pool were also lovely, surrounded by flowers and plants.

The gardens at Clove garden are lush and well cared for, and the place feels peaceful. It’s only a few minutes from central Kandy by tuk tuk. Our room was clean, breakfast was tasty and included, and they arranged dinner and laundry. The manager and his team gave us a very friendly welcome. Good value.
