The Den 23

From the start, the team at Den 23 made me feel welcome and cared for. They were so kind, generous, and helpful, always ready with a smile. The modern amenities were comfortable and very clean, and the whole place felt calm and pleasant. I really appreciated how attentive everyone was. It was an easy, relaxing stay, and I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The central spot made it easy to get around Colombo, and for what we paid for two nights, the value was great. Our twin room was a little small but still comfortable, with the basics we needed, a neat bathroom and a small balcony. We could see the Lotus Tower from the window, which was a nice bonus. Tea and coffee were complimentary, and we started off with a refreshing welcome drink. We didn't try the meals, so I can't speak to breakfast or dinner. The welcome and service were warm, and our two-night stay went smoothly. I'd recommend it for a clean, affordable stay with good service.

The anniversary surprise from the DEN23 team made our stay especially memorable: they brought us cake, a bouquet, chocolates and refreshing treats. The staff at The Den 23 Hotel, Colombo were warm, caring and always willing to help. Our room was tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with the amenities we needed. Complimentary coffee was a nice extra. The hotel is right in central Colombo and felt like good value. We'd gladly recommend it for the comfort and heartfelt service. Thank you. 💖

A little walk to get to places, but the area is quiet. The rooftop bar has a lovely view and nice food. The owners are lovely, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.
