Ayurveda Spring of life Resort

We went to Ayurveda Spring of Life Resort, Piliyandala for our wedding anniversary and booked the full-board package. The peaceful green setting made it easy to forget work and daily stress for a while, and we enjoyed having that quiet time together. The room looked wonderful when we first walked in, with everything arranged so nicely. We were greeted with fresh mango juice, too, which was refreshing and delicious. The meals were excellent. They mostly serve traditional Sri Lankan vegetarian food, which was tasty and healthy, and breakfast, lunch and dinner were all well prepared. Since we told the staff it was our anniversary, they arranged a lovely surprise: a candlelit dinner on our room balcony with vegetable soup, fried rice with chicken, fried mushrooms and vegetable chopsey. They also decorated our bed and set up a small cake celebration. It was a really thoughtful touch. I had a face oil massage and face pack. Both felt relaxing and refreshing, and were done professionally. Ms. Wasana, Mr. Thushan, Mr. Jewan and Ms. Uthuli, if I have her name right, were especially kind and professional. The young man who served our meals was consistently attentive and warm, and all the staff we met were caring and friendly. We also met the hotel's owner, a kind German lady, near the pool in the morning. She came over to wish us a happy anniversary and chatted with us for a while. Her warmth and enthusiasm for the hotel made the stay feel even more special. We were very satisfied with the hospitality, food, treatments and calm atmosphere. It helped us step away from stress and reconnect with ourselves. We'd love to return, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing wellness stay.

Uthuli's Ayurvedic treatment left me feeling refreshed, just what I needed after a busy work week. It's a serene, peaceful place to reset. Highly recommend.

Guests seem to really enjoy the peaceful setting at Ayurveda Spring of Life Resort, along with the lovely surroundings and staff. The vegan food gets a lot of praise too. People also say the Ayurvedic treatments have helped their health and wellbeing, and make the place a good choice for relaxing and feeling restored.

The lake view was amazing, and the place itself is great. I tried the Ayurveda Detoxification package and had an awesome three hours of massage and steam. The therapist was skilled and helped me relax even more. The staff were friendly too.
