The electricity charge was Rs. 100 per unit, which I found unreasonable. We kept the receipts and are taking the matter to the relevant authorities. The way management dealt with us was also very poor: they were polite before payment, then ignored calls and brushed off complaints afterwards, with no accountability or professionalism. Colombo Apartments – 51D Milford Crescent, Dehiwala was a complete disappointment. The online photos gave a misleading impression of the place. Our apartment was dirty and neglected, with torn bedsheets, broken chairs, and damaged pots and pans whose coating was peeling. This was beyond ordinary wear and tear. I saw no sign of proper maintenance or standards. Strongly not recommended.

I strongly advise people to stay away from these apartments. It was one of the worst places I've stayed, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about their health or peace of mind. The apartments were shockingly dirty and badly kept. They look good in the photos, but the furniture was broken, the fittings damaged, and the actual condition shabby and disappointing. The staff were rude, arrogant, and no help at all. Their attitude was awful, and they clearly didn't know how to speak to customers professionally. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎

For me, it wasn't worth the price or what I expected. Communication was often slow or unhelpful, and there were issues with [maintenance / cleanliness / management / noise – pick what applies]. I wouldn't recommend the apartment. I hope future tenants have a better experience.

On 22/02/2026, we called to ask about booking an apartment and spoke with shafaz, the person answering the provided number. He was disrespectful and arrogant, wouldn't give us details about the apartments, and hung up while we were still talking.

The staff were rude and didn't cooperate or offer any help. The place itself was filthy and poorly maintained, nowhere near basic hygiene standards. I was shocked by the condition. I absolutely do not recommend Colombo Apartments.
