The included breakfast was good, and the service was good throughout. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the staff were friendly, attentive and always smiling.

The staff were wonderfully kind and helped carry our many bags all the way up to the third floor. That was much appreciated, since there’s no elevator and the stairs with heavy luggage can be a challenge. The hotel is a practical family option in Dambulla. It isn't fancy, but it works well if you're out exploring by day and need somewhere clean and comfortable to rest. The restaurant has a limited selection, though there are several good places to eat within a 10-minute drive. A simple, no-frills base for a short visit and nearby sights.

We were here for two nights and really enjoyed the very generous, tasty breakfasts. The food was very good, and the bedroom was comfortable and clean. A big thank you to the lady at reception and the man who looked after us at breakfast. They were very nice young people and took such good care of the guests.

The breakfast was so generous and good that you'll probably skip lunch. This family owned hotel showed us so much of the beauty and kindness of Sri Lanka. During my 30 days in the country, it was honestly one of my best stays. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, with a great bed, good hot water and AC. Don't miss the Loris Arboretum while you're here. It's a great evening activity after the caves.
