The four rooms on the second floor were the only decent part of the villa. The ground floor rooms weren't up to standard or worth the price, and the air conditioning didn't work well enough. We also had serious network and Wi-Fi problems throughout the stay. Even though we'd booked the whole villa, the owner's family and friends used the pool at times that suited them, so we lost the privacy we'd paid for. Guests could also be charged for small mistakes, which felt unfair. For the price, the facilities and experience didn't meet expectations. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a private, comfortable stay.

I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hostel. The price shown during booking went up after my reservation was confirmed, and they asked for extra payment. The information before booking wasn't accurate, and staff gave no satisfactory explanation for the change. That felt dishonest and misleading, and I feel cheated. Guests should confirm all charges in writing before booking.

We booked 15 of the villa's 18 rooms for a group, but two rooms had air conditioning that didn't work. We also paid Rs. 5,000 per person for a full meal package for 38 adults, covering two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners. It wasn't worth the price: several menu items were missing and there were no desserts. Small issues and mistakes also brought extra charges. The main problem was poor communication and a lack of transparency. New rules and fees came up during our stay without being explained beforehand, leaving the group confused with unexpected costs. We were charged around Rs. 20,000 as a service fee, which had never been properly communicated. If we'd known earlier, we could have planned our budget. Many times the owner tries to scam. Very disappointing. We hope management improves communication and service for future guests.

We were traveling as a large group. The hotel offered a 20% discount if we cancelled our Booking.com reservation, but if you cancel there, you can no longer rate the hotel. After that, we spent two hours discussing a range of different prices. They tried to use rates that differed from what we'd previously agreed. Locals traveling with us said this was management's way of increasing its margins. Based on this experience, we wouldn't recommend the place. If you use the hotel, don't accept changes to a reservation made online. If you do, they'll scam you.
