It's hard to recommend the hotel strongly because getting there is tricky. Tuk-tuk drivers need directions to find the place. The staff were friendly and willing to help, though they spoke little English. The rooms are a good size and have AC. The pool was okay, but wasn't cleaned every day. The kids still really enjoyed it. The hotel is on the outskirts of Dambulla.

One of the worst places in Dambulla. The pool was in very bad condition and wasn't cleaned, with no maintenance. The food was awful, and there were lots of dogs and cats around the dining area. The water supply was nonexistent, and the BBQ facility was awful. Nobody should ever go here.

We've visited this hotel twice. It's in a natural location, with a big, beautiful lake right in front of the resort. I'd suggest going with a group.

A happy, very calm and peaceful place, with a nice view near the tank. It just isn't maintained well.

The food is good, but the portions are very small. The poolside washrooms are in very bad condition. Worst place to stay.
