Suwanila Rest

We were told right up to yesterday that no one else had booked the venue for our staff get-together, which we’d arranged a month ago. But when we arrived today, they said it was double-booked. There wasn’t room for us to eat, and they made our party leave halfway through the meal. The menu didn’t match what we’d paid for, dishes weren’t refilled, and some people missed out on curries. We weren’t given fresh drinking water, paper towels or cloth napkins. When we asked about the water filter, staff pointed us to a dirty tap. We also weren’t given the changing rooms we’d been promised. Two men were sent into the ladies’ washroom while some of our women were inside. The staff were rude and aggressive. The place hadn’t been cleaned, there were cobwebs everywhere and the glassware was stained. This was the worst experience at Suwanila. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
