Anarva Mount Lavinia Hotel

The location worked well for getting around the city and suburbs, and there were lots of restaurants and shopping complexes close by. My wife and I enjoyed our six-day stay and plan to come back in mid-2026, after visiting in 2024 Aug. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the room make-up staff were friendly each morning. At reception, Dimithri Amasha, Pramodi Mallawaarachchi and Nadeesha Sirimanna took very good care of us, responding quickly and providing all the services we needed.

A brilliant view of the Colombo skyline caught my eye when I stepped out for a smoke by the pool. I'd come for a dinner with my college batch mates to catch up in the Christmas spirit. The food was excellent, and I honestly had nothing to complain about. It was a truly memorable evening.

We held our School Batch party at Anarva Hotel, Mt. Lavinia, on the 13th December 2025, and the service was outstanding. From the first day we started planning, Manager Mr. Dilshan helped us choose things and coordinated everything very professionally. The food we picked was very tasty, and the staff looked after us superbly during the event. I'd highly recommend the Hotel for occasions and events, as they do their best to serve visitors.

Mr. Sanjeewa was a big help and handled the food service really well. The food and service were very good, but our room felt too cramped for three people, and the beds were uncomfortable. The bedding needs a lot of improvement to meet hotel standards.
