I’d paid extra for a PickMe ride to get to the room I had booked, but ended up having to leave without staying, wasting both time and money. When I arrived, reception told me the room had been given to someone else. They didn’t properly check my booking details, and even after I explained that I’d made a reservation, they made no effort to resolve it or speak politely. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Poor management and customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were simple but clean and looked after. It’s a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in a convenient location for getting around. Good value if you want a decent place without spending too much.

We were uncomfortable throughout the stay because the room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The bedsheets and bathroom were poorly maintained. A very disappointing experience.

The mattresses were filthy and looked unwashed, and no towels were provided. Washrooms were in terrible shape. Rooms weren’t clean, some had no windows, and the door locks weren’t proper. The whole place felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want any comfort. Avoid it.

I booked at one price, but on arrival was told the room wasn’t available at that rate and they tried to charge me more. It felt misleading and like a scam, and was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you still book, double-check everything.
