On our first night in Dikwella, we picked this restaurant because of the reviews, its location near our villa, and the beach setting. Eating Italian in Lanka felt a little odd, but the glorious seafood and beachfront setting gave it a local touch. Having dinner on the beach with the waves crashing was so special. We shared fried seafood and tuna, along with a beautiful and a bottle of wine as a treat, then finished with a panna cotta to share. Everything was delicious, fresh, and generous, Sri Lankan style. Our waiter, Chamod, looked after us well, was lovely to chat with, and shared ideas for our stay. The friendly Lankan welcome made the evening even better. It came to around £50, superb. Come for the food, setting, and staff if you fancy something different.

A lovely place to relax, unwind, and recharge in Dikwella. The beach is beautiful and very quiet, with sunbeds, and turtle point is within walking distance. The staff were terrific, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and lunch and dinner were very good too. The hotel can arrange an airport taxi. The rooms need updating, but it’s still a wonderful choice for a restful stay. Highly recommend.

We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and the rooms were spotless, clean, and fresh. All the usual conveniences were there and working, including the coffee maker, safe deposit box, and bathroom amenities. The Wi-Fi was good throughout the property and usable for work or browsing. The hotel has a beachfront, a very nice pool, and a restaurant with something for everyone. The food was really good, and although it was a little expensive, the quality and convenience made it worthwhile. Staff were attentive, kind, and casual, making for friendly, relaxed interactions. It’s very well situated for easy access to the happening places nearby. No second thoughts about recommending it.

The rooms were clean and right by the beach, though some of the fixtures need updating. Staff were very attentive. I enjoyed the Italian food, especially the penne arrabbiata.

The staff really made this stay for me. They were so thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely kind, some of the best I’ve met. The food was impressive too, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely kept. You’re right by the beach, with a beautiful pool. It was a little pricey, but the experience felt worth it.
